timekeeper accepts deals and time information from cine-com's showtyme and smoktec's casting (cms). timekeeper provides an ability to edit some of the casting information: mainly individuals' rates, shows and time. additionally, new individuals can be added via timekeeper and contract administration can be performed on the contract players.
timekeeper produces the gross payroll using casting, aftra, and contract information and provides a gross-up report to payroll/accounts payable for payment. a report of the activity from casting can also be produced. periodic reconciliation of contract player activity and projection reporting of activity against contract players are also available . timekeeper can download the accounting distribution directly into show auditor and can feed the gross up information either to showauditor or to your in-house system.

timekeeper performs all the calculations defined in the aftra contract, including show fees, additional days, wardrobe fees, meal penalties, overtime, turnaround, and 6th/7th day overtime. timekeeper can process contract players either on actuals or on guarantee. both studio and location formulas are employed.
